Merry Christmas from the Creer Family
This
year my mom delegated the “Christmas Letter” writing to me, the favorite
daughter… so naturally, I delegated the task to the rest of the family. Everyone has written a little something about
what they have been doing this year. We
have tried to keep things interesting so that you might actually read the whole
letter. : ) I guess I will go first…
Katie: I’m a sophomore at BYU this year and I’m
majoring in Sociology. I plan to
eventually get my Master’s in Social Work and specialize in therapy for
children. Right now I work on campus as
a Cleanliness Engineer early in the morning (I’m a custodian). I got an adorable silver scooter in May and
it’s so fun to ride. (Thank you, Parentals) It’s a Yamaha Vino 125cc and I have
a pink helmet to go with it for safety (woohoo!). I have a sweet blog if you want to keep
updated on my life more regularly. You
can check it out at quasisbelltower.blogspot.com. I’m still a big fan of Rubik’s cubes, ice
cream, and photography. Have a great
Christmas!
Sam: I am a junior/senior at Centennial. I am taking double core classes so I can
graduate from High School a year early. Next year I want to go to SUU in Cedar City so
I can get a year of college done before my mission. Our soccer season just ended, we were
17-1-2. We won division for the ninth
year in a row! I have been ready to go
skiing since July. By the end of the
season I hope to land a 900. It will be
sweet! I am a working stiff now and I
work at Abercrombie. I get paid to stand
there, look good, and occasionally flex my muscles. Haha!
Merry Christmas!
Riley: ¡Hola Amigos! This
year I'm a freshman at Centennial High School.
GO BULLDOGS!! I played soccer for
Centennial this fall. I started for the
JV team and we had a great season with a record of 17-0. During the off
season, I keep my skills at the pro level by playing on a club team, the Red
Rock Raptors. I'm WAY stoked for the ski
season and can't wait to get up to the mountain. I’m gonna conquer a 360
this winter…ya better watch out. I’m
already counting the days down until I’m 16 so I can drive and go on dates. Happy Hanukkah!
The Parentals:
We are well and happy, what else can we
say, life is good. Our children take up
most of our time and energy, the remainder of course is split between church
and work. We have nothing to complain
about and everything to be grateful for!
There
you have it… the Creer Family. I hope
this “Christmas Letter” finds your homes and families in good care. Let your hearts be filled with love and
kindness this Christmas Season. May we
all strive to be more like Christ and his perfect example of service this
upcoming year. Merry Christmas to each
of you! We send you our love!
