July Ranch Trip

We enjoyed a nice long weekend at the ranch.

We had a Sourdough Cooking class.

                                                 We were lucky Sidney was able to join us

          and Kylo and Casper.  They were in Dog Heaven, so much to explore and room to run.

The dogs love a Rhino ride.

              

Sam had a birthday so we had to celebrate, of course with party hats.

So many great trails at the ranch.

After hiking the dogs need some pool time.

Then they are exhausted, the next day we repeat!

We always love a ranch weekend, it is a treasure.

Ranch in June

We went out for one day to the Ranch.

Kylo loves the trails.

We hiked, relaxed and it was a great day.

 

Another Ranch Trip

The Dollar Ridge Fire came within one mile of the ranch house.

We were very blessed that the Ranch house still stands

Dollar Ridge Fire in Duchesne and Wasatch counties:
 68,869 acres were burned
 74 homes destroyed
 6 homes damaged
 131 camp trailers damaged or destroyed
 81 utility trailers damaged or destroyed
 158 sheds or agricultural buildings damaged or destroyed
 25 vehicles damaged or destroyed

When family was evacuated they put all the pics in the cellar, 

more sentimental value.

The power was finally back on and we were able to go out for our scheduled weekend.

First order of business, hanging up the pics.

Codenames was the game of choice

The final game of the World Cup was the big entertainment!

Another great weekend at our favorite place with our favorite people.

Sept Ranch Trip

 
We had a quick trip to the ranch in Sept.

Played games

The boys had some friends up and they shot guns for a change.

We did go to "Cowboy Church"

It was mainly very cold.

I spent the weekend by a heater reading.

Still fun!
