Covid Life...

had a birthday, very uneventful in quarantine. Covid, Covid!
got sick, was tested for covid,
luckily I did not have it.
started wearing masks...
Celebrated Easter with a very small egg hunt in the back yard.
No neighborhood gatherings.

Learned how many different songs we can sing as we wash our hands for 20 seconds.

Went up on the roof of our work building to watch the jets fly by the hospitals in support of health care workers for COVID

Made several varieties of sourdough bread.
Trying to be as good as Harmon's bread.

Mike still rides his bike

Sam got a puppy...Kylo

Still making Sourdough bread...

I was brave and held the leash for a walk.
Kylo likes to be king of the yard!

Now have a treat drawer at work.
In my next career, I think I will do vending.
A police officer was killed in Ogden, we went watched the procession to the cemetery!
Wore masks, social distanced and were inspired.

Kylo is big and he thinks he is a "lap dog"

Antelope Island

With Corona Virus in full force we stay home.
Saturday we decided to take a drive to Antelope Island.
We saw buffalo and antelope.
I saw this buffalo and thought for sure he was dead.
( I always think animals laying down look dead)

Right after I took that picture he popped up.
I think we wanted to tell me he was not dead!
It was a nice break from staying home.

Girls Weekend in St George

We had our traditional breakfast at Bear Paw Cafe!

Played some old games and some new games.
Play Nine is new and so much fun!!

Darbie and Kristie love Harmon's grocery store.
Always a field trip.

They went to Italy and took a cooking class and they made the most delicious Pasta.

It was so yummy.

It was a great weekend, got home in time for the Coronavirus outbreak.
Cancelled a birthday trip,
a Family Trip to Florida.
Now we stay home...

Vermont in January

I was lucky enough to go to Vermont
to hang with Gwen and Lucy while Katie and Jeremy went out of town.
Flying in January is dicey, on Friday the flights were cancelled.
Made it on Saturday.  Lucky they were not leaving till Monday.

We had a great time, we went to the library.

Took them for their first trip to McDonalds
They were very interested in what was happening at the front counter.

A few prizes came and their belated Christmas Present so we had lots of fun.

A trip to Walmart and life was complete.
The babies were so happy.
It was a great week.
I loved having that much time with them.
xoxo
