The day our tenant moved out and we got the house ready to sell
We have sold our Vegas home.
We moved from Las Vegas to Salt Lake August 2011,
at that point the house was worth 37% of what we paid for it back in July 2004
We have been fortunate to have the same renter for the past 7 years.
The house sold quickly and we feel very blessed
that we were able to get 84% of our 2004 purchase price.
We are grateful for tender mercies.
Lots of great memories of living in that house.
Love to see how big the palm tree is that we planted.
