I am grateful for the guidance from our Church leaders.

I am grateful my Conference Ensign came today.

Gratitude Day #4

I am grateful for my 93 year old dad.

Every Monday I call him and we do his email.

It is much more pleasant now that I don't live with him.

Today he was "president of my fan club"

He is always teaching me and worry's about his whole family.

14 Children, 86 Grandchildren, 202 Great Grandchildren.

He has been a great influence in my life.

Gratitude Day #2

I am grateful for my Missionary...

His letter today --

Mom...I got some news that you just aren't going to like.  Because our mission switched to 9 week transfers all of our missions were either shortened...or extended.  Well my mission has been extended a few weeks.  My last day is now February 21, 2014.  Yep.

How can I complain, I extended my own mission.

He sends great pictures,

I asked for one for the Christmas Card

and this is what I got.

Conference Weekend

Got an email today with all these gems.

Actually they were great reminders of a great Conference.

We went to St. George for Conference. 

It was a nice get a way.

I like to be away for conference - less distractions.

I listen more.. 

Maybe ..I did sleep thru one or more talks.

Luckily we have LDS.org

Darbie and Kristie came up and Sam came with a few friends.

I like to have a few guinea pigs to try new recipes

I did the French Toast with Buttermilk Syrup and it was divine.

I did have a little taste!

We had the Creer's over for Dessert and Games...

We stayed till Monday.

We had a nice leisurely breakfast,

We went to see Jeff run in the Huntsman Games.
He did great - Placed 2nd!

We sauntered home

stopping to have Dinner with Sam.

A great weekend!
