Our Stake had monthly Marriage Firesides, they were really good.
At the first one, they gave us the Magnificent Seven.
These are seven things to do EVERY Day to have a better marriage:
One - verbal "I Love You" a day with eye contact
Five - second Kiss
Ten - second Expression of verbal Appreciation (in person or on the phone)
Fifteen - minute "Honey Do. . ." (A talk, touch, or visual message of your mate's choosing. It is a gift of time given with a great attitude.)
Twenty - second Hug
Twenty-five - seconds of written expressions of acceptance, appreciation, of affection know as "The Living Journal.
Thirty - minutes a day of "Talk Time"
